No. Business type, licensing, jurisdiction, and payment-provider rules can affect eligibility. Confirm each market and use case before offering deposits or withdrawals there.

No. Funding availability, verification, and program controls may apply independently. Explain which funds are eligible for withdrawal rather than equating an approved deposit with withdrawable balance.

That depends on the approved program and its identity, destination, and payment rules. Do not offer unrestricted destination switching without confirming those requirements.
