No provider can automatically make your entire environment compliant. Your obligations depend on how you collect, transmit, store, and access payment data. Review the specific integration and applicable validation requirements.

Do not send full card numbers, security codes, passwords, or secret keys through ordinary support channels. Use the approved secure payment and support processes for sensitive information.

Ask the Acru team for current documentation and its scope during vendor review. A footer badge is not a substitute for reviewing the applicable report, attestation, covered services, and dates.

Protect user access, credentials, application code, and the data your systems handle. Limit permissions, keep software maintained, and define an incident response process alongside the payment integration.

Ask for a written scope naming the methods, markets, currencies, integrations, and responsibilities included in your program. Separate capabilities available at launch from planned work so the implementation and commercial terms match.

Agree on a test plan with the implementation team: successful and failed outcomes, pending states, retries, refunds, and reconciliation where relevant. Confirm which test environment and production checks apply to your setup; a simulated success is not proof that every live rail is enabled.
